We do not have a physical location. We’ll pick up your knives and deliver them back to you in 1-2 days. Usually 1 day, but life, so we give ourselves a little room.

Step 1: you place an order on our website - please provide your pickup/delivery address and select the quantity of knives you would like to have sharpened. if you’re unsure about the quantity, select the “order now, pay later” option and we can settle up after your knives have been sharpened.

Step 2: We will contact you to confirm the pickup time. (Usually, pickups and deliveries are made in the evenings, between 5:00pm and 8:00pm.)

Step 3: We sharpen your knives with precision, matching each knife’s edge geometry to ensure a minimal amount of metal is removed.

Step 4: We will contact you to confirm the delivery window and then we will deliver your knives back to you.

Step 5: You use your newly sharpened knives (carefully, please!) and you’re so impressed that you leave us a glowing review and tell several of your friends about us!
